Entering into a Design Project, regardless of scope of work, is an extremely exciting time in our Team Relationship. MJ Architect’s commitment to you is the basis of our company culture; we embrace communication and availability as conduits to achieving the results you expect and are entitled to.

We provide any and all services to you that you request; from Architectural design only, up to and including completed Construction. From the standpoint of Architectural Services we design your project, which includes several drawings of design ideas. During this process we begin to have a clear understanding of the direction in which you would like to go. Next we move into the Schematic Design (SK) segment wherein the design becomes much more specific and together we select the iteration that you like best. It is very common during the course of this process that we actually wind up melding or amalgamating several of the proposed SK drawings into one. We will also provide hand drawn renderings of your addition or new home if you desire. After we complete the Schematic portion we then move into the “A” drawings, which are the Construction plans. These plans include all mechanical specifications such as the electrical and plumbing plans, as well as the structural plans for rafters, walls, etc. These components all comprise the complete Construction documentation, which is the information that the Builder requires in order to build your project.
